As the ELITE children’s soccer program, our mission is to make learning the fundamentals fun—helping every child grow in both soccer skills and character, and always leave the field with a smile.

Session Overview:

Warm-up & Stretching:

Basic stretches that help improve flexibility and motor skills (e.g., reaching for the sky, toe touches) with fun music to get the kids moving and ready.

Teamwork & Social Skill Building:

Simple, non-competitive scrimmages or team-building exercises to teach teamwork, cooperation, and communication.

Soccer Skill Drills:

Dribbling, passing, turning, and shooting with soft, kid-friendly soccer balls. Focus on fundamental soccer techniques.

Word of the Week & Cool Down:

Gentle cool-down stretches to relax and wrap up the session. Discuss the Word of the Week and explore how it can be applied in daily life.
